Virtual with Telephone Service Only - $90.00 Security deposit  + $90.00 first month’s service + 100.00 initial phone set-up. Total  start up fee $280.00
Virtual with Voicemail Service only - $50.00  Security deposit + $50.00 first month’s service charge + $100.00 initial  set up fee.  Total start up fee $200.00. Calls go directly to voicemail  and not through receptionist.
Virtual with Mail, Telephone &  Voicemail Service - $100.00 Security Deposit + $225.00 first month’s  service charge + $150.00 Phone and Voicemail Set-up. Total start up fee  $475.00.

Additional Services:
Answering Service – One time set-up fee $100.00. Monthly service charge $45.00
Fax (Outgoing Only) – $10.00 per month for unlimited community fax machine use
VFax (Incoming Only) – $50.00 Initial Set up fee + $10.00 per month there after.

 Virtual Service Only – Monthly Service Costs  $50.00

            Mail Service Only –  Monthly Service Costs  $90.00

            Telephone & Mail Costs – Monthly Service Costs  $175.00

            Answering Service – Additional Monthly Cost  $45.00

 Conference Room – Reserved on a first come first served basis at the rate of $15.00 per hour, billable monthly based on use. Reserve with  receptionist at (805) 653-2381.

Copies – Community copy machines are available to you at a nominal fee of .10 cents per page for black  & white copies and .25 cents for color copies, billable monthly.

 Faxes  – A community fax machine is available at the reception desk as well as  in our Copy Center.  Outgoing faxes are $1.00 per page or $10.00  monthly for unlimited faxing.

 Postage & Overnight Delivery –  Mail is stamped and dropped off in the community drop box every Friday.  Standard postal rates apply. Client can opt to pickup mail up front at  the reception desk if desired.
